What are the chemicals in diet soda that make diet soda bad for you?

I’m looking at waist watchers brand soda, and none of them appear to have Phenylalanine or Aspartame, which i hear is pretty bad for you. But it still has artificial sweetener, splenda. Is waist watchers more healthy then other types of diet sodas?

I think so but I’ve still heard that splenda isn’t that great because it’s not all natural. beats aspartame though.

Yeah, fake sugar is bad for you because instead of digesting it stays in your body. By drinking too much pop you can cause it to store in your body which isn’t good for your immunity. Try organic pop! It sounds great, but it’s delicious! They have it at Whole Foods and Trader Joes and Busch’s.

People who drink diet soft drinks don’t lose weight.
