I lost 30 pounds and was very proud of it. It was really easy to do, I was very motivated and I did it and kept it off for a while. Now, 3 years later the weight is back and I want to lose it again, but its really hard to do this time around.

I agree it is.. I been down the road many times before I finally lost it and kept it off. For me it was a factor of getting older and having children…my body did not lose it as fast so it was alot easier to get discouraged! but it can be done just hang in there!!
