What works best to stop cravings? I have tried everything possible from dieting to exercise to lose weight?

I know that there are a lot of new products out there but i have never tried any of them. If I wanted to lose about 20 pounds and maybe a couple of inches on my waist, should i try one of them?

drink water, chew minty gum or brush your teeth everytime you get a craving. Then wait 20 mins and your craving is usually goneā„

Ever heard of L-glutamine? It’s an amino acid that a lot of low carb dieters use to help curb sugar and carb cravings. I’ve used it myself, and it does work!
If you’ll follow a healthy low carb diet, you’ll no doubt lose that weight pretty quickly. South Beach is great, or good old Atkins (the original version) truly works and is healthy.
I’ve tried so many diet pills and supplements I couldn’t even begin to name them all here. Many are frauds, most are dangerous, and at the least they are a waste of money. Eat healthy proteins, fats, and green leafy veggies. Avoid sugar, processed starches and potatos. The weight will come off.

swap fatty foods for fruit and nuts.
nuts fill you up and are great sources of protein, iron and vitamins.
Fruit also fills you up. Try bananas, kiwi fruit, watermellon, apples etc.
If you still have a sweet tooth for chocolate (like i do) buy dark, rich chocolate instead of milk chocolate. Dark chocolate fills you up quickly and its better for you. Get the fuit n nut dark chocolate. Yummy!
