What are good breakfast meals when dieting?
June 19th, 2010 | by Diet Advisor |Phil asked:
I have been eating Special K for breakfast and was thinking about changing it up. Eggs are pretty good, right? Are poached eggs ok? What should I eat/not eat? Wheat bagels ok, right?

Porridge is very good. You only need a little bit too because it’s very filling. Try eating it with honey, low-fat yoghurt, plums and other fruit. Very tasty too. Also eggs are good with out cheese or salt.

fruit in moderation
eggs (hard boiled white are the best)
nuts in moderation
wheat bread
fiber one (or any high fiber) pancakes.
Any cereal low in sugar and high in fiber (MOST GRANOLAS ARE TERRIBLE FOR YOU)
Yogurt
Skim Milk.
A NICE BLACK COFFEE AND TALL GLASS OF WATER.
I would avoid the wehat bagels or only eat half. Check to make sure they are giving you more than 10
% of your daily recommended fiber. If not, skip them.

Are some foods that you can eat while on a diet. These foods are lean protein and starchy carbohydrates. You can also eat any fruit as long as it is fresh and not bottled or canned.
I also found a website that shares their recipe for dieting. They have recipes that can burn your calories like butter. Their Recipes and exercises will make you lose something like 10 pounds a week
