Vegan diets exclude any animal products, such as meat, dairy, and eggs. Learn about what vegans do eat though with tips from a nutritionist in this free video on veganism.

In response to Icehut, what these people really need to do now that they’ve got a healthy diet going is excercise. Lift weights, and ride bikes, because that man especially looks skimpy.

these people shooting this video aren’t like that at all. I’m not sure who your talking about.

It’s not like they’re peta freaks or anything. All they are doing is discussing the benefits of plant-foods. You didn’t have to watch it if it bothered you. They weren’t slinging dung at meat eaters.

Raw milk is actually healthier that pasteurized. That in addition to soymilk is a nice combo

A new study done at Oxford on vegetarians and vegans just came out. The study shows that those on a vegetarian diet, besides anaemia and inflammation of the nervous system are susceptible to BRAIN SHRINKAGE. Of course this is due to the fact that they aren’t getting the amounts of B12 that they’re supposed to. I believe they’re not getting many other nutrients as well but B12 is a major one. Check out the study yourselves, it’s easy to find on the internet as it just came out this week.

If you want to eat meat then eat your mum. Most humans are insigificant and none are more important than animals, so it would be of no great loss to the world if these vile animal eating humans did not exist. You seriously have a twisted sense of humour if you think it is ‘funny’ that animals die for useless greedy humans. Being vegan is the most acceptable way of life.

Oh and eating meat certainly hasn’t given you any intelligence, hence why you keep repeating yourself…

It is EVIL to eat poor imobile defenseless PLANTS! They cannot flee and have no voice! All those poor plants being force grown, force bred, and yanked from mother earth even as they reach maturity!

The meat eater is the defender of the plant! Speaking for those who cannot speak for themselves! Defending the weak from the… mobile!

    END SOY SLAUGHTER!

    EAT MEAT SAVE A BEAT!

(just applying some of the same hyserical tone the “sky is falling” vegans use.)

No one is saying that a vegatarian diet is unhealthy. But vegatarians are the biggest hypocrites. You don’t eat meat as an animal has to die for it. However vegatarians don’t seem to have a problem with the fact that calves have to die in the dairy industry.

I’m a vegetarian (not vegan), and it’s not really that unhealthy. Tofu, for example, is almost *the* healthiest thing you can eat. Plus, if everyone were vegetarian, no one would starve.

    **sorry for bad english**

It depends on what is the average diet cause it’s different from nation to nation! For example american foods (sorry guys) are pretty much the worst (i’ve been in america and the food is either tastless or tastes like processed plastic……again sorry but this is how it tasted for me) compared to….anyone else on the planet so at least in theory being vegan is good for them, but in their case they just change procesed meat with procesed greens….!!

‘a dietary vegan’ is a silly way of saying ‘vegetarian’. Vegan is a lifestyle, where excluding animal exploitation goes beyond diet.

And guys, let the pro-cruelty guys show their true colors, You don’t need to argue with their personal attacks, just their lies about nutrition etc. It is exposing the depravity of people who want to maintain cruelty that has driven every social movement in history.
