Actually, studies have proved that cow milk is awful for bones–the calcium is very hard to absorb, and people with high dairy intakes on average have weaker bones and higher rates of osteoporosis!
Do some research. Start with “The China Study.” You’ll be amazed and never touch cow milk again.

What about milk, cheese, etc.? Milk makes bones harder. When you reach a cretain age your bones can only get weaker and cannot get stronger so you should drink lots of milk.

Hi Doc and Doc. I’m 54 and have existed on a plant based diet for two and a half years. The first thing that happens to you is you immediately drop to your ideal weight. My body looks 25 with a flat stomach. I do not do any situps to achieve this. Everything about the human body works better on a vegan diet. (and I mean EVERYTHING.) People who are curious about this diet should go buy the book “China Study!” What an eye opener by a top researcher.
