    you need meat and milk. meat may make you a little fat, but it does more good than harm for you. there is no “unhealthy” milk (BTW now dairy foods are called milk foods)

    Type 2 diabetes mellitus cannot be cured or reversed it can only be controlled and managed… consuming the carbs you are demonstrating over a period time will improve your insulin response and decrease insulin resistance in cells but the condition will not be cured
