Is it possible to lose weight by jest excising in the morning and not dieting?

I exercise in the morning but I don’t diet. I don’t eat unhealthy either. I eat healthy foods in moderation. But I don”t count calories. I just eat. Can I still loose weight?

ya, i am having the exact same problem! i suggest cutting back like a tiny itsy bitsy bit, but crunchs and push ups and wall sits, and it should help, and don’t eat too many bready food (which is my love!) but i suggest work out and make sure you sweat and feel the burn alot! and you should do great!

Yes, you can if your energy expenditure is more than your energy needs per day. If you don’t count calories, here’s an alternative;
Weigh yourself and then eat normally each day with your normal exercise BUT NOTE EVERYTHING YOU EAT in a diary. check your weight after a week. Again eat normal and note everything you eat. End of week 2 note your weight again. If you are losing weight, then your answer is yes. If you gained weight then your answer is no. If you do want to lose weight, note all the food with high amounts of FAT and sugar and try this experiment by replacing them with healthy meals.

You most likely wont loose much weight, if you are really working out you will notice a difference, your body will become toned and you may loose inches. I have come to realize exercising is important to keep your body healthy. I have been faithfully going to the gym for a while now and I really dont diet either but my body shape has definitley changed. I have lost a few pounds but i have lost inches, and become more toned.
