Yes you can get a headache from the sever diet change for he first few days. You can also get headaches from lack of iron and from lack of water. Try fixing those things and see if there is a change. If not you may have something pinched in our shoulders or back. Seeing a chiropractor or stretching is your next plan of action.

It is a withdrawl sysmpton from your diet change, especially the removal of all forms of sugar. Sugar is very addictive. Dont worry, the headaches will go away when your body gets used to the change.

We are people of habit anytime you change something dramatically. there are going o be some unpleasant effects.
Plus, it is harder to stick to something when you change it overnight.

It will most probably be the lack of sugar, not that its a bad thing. Your body will just have to ajust to the change. Also if you drank tea and coffee and have cut back on them, you maybe having caffine withdrawals.

If you are feeling this way, I highly suggest you increase your diet. 800 calories is not even enough for you body to function normally. A 100 pound female who does no exercise at all needs at least 1200 calories just to maintain her weight and have her organs function properly. If you are a male, that caloric need goes up significantly. You also mentioned that you are exercising. That is well and good if your body has the proper fuel to repair itself and 800 calories isn’t that at all. Try incorporating some more lean proteins into your diet. Trust me, you won’t gain weight especially if you are continuing your exercise routine.

yea your blood sugar levels are too low… eat fruit, it has natural sugars… people commonly think that the sugars in fruit should be avoided but the majority of fruit is made up of water and fiber, both of which have a negligible effect on your caloric intake
