How to fix issues with diet and not exercise?

Exercise isn’t the problem. Do it everyday. Easy.

But i can’t control my diet. Im always hungry and when i eat the right foods, i can’t fill up. I never really eat unhealthy, and I always control what i eat.

Any suggestions on a good appetite suppressor or diet pill?
1200-1400 cal’s! I eat about 1000 plus or minus a day.

I tried a journal, and i do good, except there are multiple splurges. I guess what i want to know is how to control splurges.

I definitely would recommend keeping a food journal. That is the only thing that helps my eating under control. Write down what you eat and the number of calories and aim for the 1200-1400 calorie per day zone. Whenever you feel like eating something unhealthy, fix something nutricous like a fruit smoothie. I personally like flavored water (0 calories) and 100 calorie yogurts. Once you look over your food journal and look at the numbers of calories, you will feel much more motivated to eat right. good luck :)

Eating the wrong foods can cause havoc with your blood sugar levels which causes you to be hungry and put on weight.
