How do you prevent weight gain while fasting and crash dieting?
Esp. when you are going to be working out relaly hard?
I know that the body can go 75 days without food provided it has plenty of water, but if you want to go beyond 75 days, how do you prevent weight gain?

lots of calories and probably fat to. when u fast ur body will store what little fat u get when u eat to stay alive, it stores it incase ur body has to use it when u need fuel, if u have calories to burn while working out u wont store as much fat, i wouldn’t suggest crash dieting or fasting on account that it is awful for ur body and what i can imagine painful. ur brain starts going crazy litterally.

if you go on starvation mode - your body will store your body fat.

And if you go on hunger strike, - it is not healthy (that is why famine kills) and you will more likely binge on foods after.

The best way to lose body fat is to plan 6 healthy MINI meals a day to prevent cravings for healthy nutrition and prevent cravings!
