It’s impossible to lose 60 pounds in a month by exercise. The only way to do that is by gastric bypass surgery.

That is really impossible. Nobody could do that. The most you could probably lose is like 15 or 20 lb. maybe

buy leslie sansone walking video.. or if you have on demand or the fit channell you can work out on them.. take 2 hours a day and work out.. you need to watch what you eat.. put yourself on a 2000 calorie diet.. it really isn’t a diet… its just saying not to eat for than what you’ve alotted.. so one day if you decided you want to eat mcdonalds or whatever than you wont have much more to eat than that for the rest of today.. and its eating the right portions.. when you make a plate.. split in in 1/2 and save the other 1/2 for the next meal or next day! good luck

You cannot lose that much that fast. BUT good for you for having a plan. Slow is best since most who lose fast re gain it all . If you lose a pound a week you are doing good. Think long term and you will have a new life!

are you kidding? you don’t want to change your eating and you expect to lose that much? it’s not even physically possibly even if you did change your eating to healthy foods.

You’re not “trying” to lose weight, if you’re not even willing to diet. It’s not going to happen, sorry. When you want results badly enough to actually put some effort into it and make some lifestyle changes, THEN you will lose weight.

You need to seat realistic goals for weight loss - that include both diet and exercise. You should consult with a physical trainer and slowly start an exercise regime.

This is not a healthy rate of weight loss! Please talk to your doctor and get a qualified person (a gym teacher, a personal trainer, someone at your community centre) to help you make a weight loss plan including exercise, and, yeah, probably some different food choices. Good for you!

forget it… the most you should lose per week of body fat is one pound… and it really depends on your diet and how much exercise you get. although, i have heard that when first starting out, especially if you make big changes in your diet, you will lose more faster… i’m trying to lose the same amount, but according to the math, the estimate is that it will take about one year. i’m starting to realize that it’s more of a mental thing that you have to be disciplined with yourself…. check out my blog… i just started it, but i thought it was a good idea. losinit-135.blogspot.com

Impossible. You need to decrease your intake (which means cutting back somewhere - otherwise known as “dieting”) and increase your activity level.
Even doing both (cutting back on the food and increasing physical activity) won’t take off 60 lbs in a month. A couple lbs a week is considered healthy… You should give yourself a reasonable timeframe, such as 6 months.

sorrry to say but you wont be able to lose 60 in just a month…first your gonna have to change your whole day to day eating habits… cut the soda, diet soda, pasta, bread and all the uneccesarry crap..
Now your gonna have to stick to this… water, fruits and veggies, and protein.. with a daily workout.. you can start out walking at first then jogging and then running when u feel comftable..thats if u dont own a gym mmship.. if you do have a gym mmship do treadmill for 30 oneday and another 45 mins
Ok back to the protein thing and veggies,, start by using the lettuce(baby lettuce) mixed with tuna and eggwhites and light dressing..you can also have brocolli with salmon or fish..
With hard work and dedication you will be able to lose 10 pounds in a month.. good luck..i know how u feel…

Surgery is the only way to lose that much weight that quickly - not Gastric By-Pass, but Liposuction. I weighed that much when I was 21. I lost over 80 pounds and kept it off for years, but it took about a year - any faster would not have really been healthy.
