How can I lose 10 pounds in a week without exercise just dieting exactly?

    umm try celary i no that it has negative calories and one of my friends had to eat only that for 1 week so i guess you could do that and water but its really best to exercise that works best but dont starve yourself because u could actually gain weight just try fruits and veggies!! :)

    This is not possible - To lose 1 lb you have to cut 3500 calories from your diet. To lose 10lbs in one week, that would mean 35,000 calories less. Considering the average of 2000 calories a day, the average person only consumes 14,000 calories in one week. Even if you starved yourself for a week straight, you wouldn’t lose 10lbs. And if you eat too little per day, you send your body into starvation mode, in which it desperately holds on to your fat and calories because it thinks you are going to starve.
