stretch your muscles before you exercise, and if you start to get them, put on some nice shea butter from the body shop - i hear it really helps disolve them, visually.

if you lose weight without exercising you will get stretch marks and loose skin.. so i would suggest you to start exercising.. atleast 30min a day.. also do toning exercises with weights and stretching

Start doing abit of exercise, just gently at first, im not sure how much it helps with avoiding stretch marks but anything is worth a try.I have heard that you should only lose a pound a week if you want to avoid stretch marks but don’t know how true that is. I had a lot of stretch marks after having my baby, they never go completely but you can make them fade a little with things like lemon juice or cocoa butter.

Drink loads of water, as it helps in enhancing the elasticity of skin, thereby preventing the appearance of stretch marks. It serves as an extremely beneficial stretch marks home remedy treatment. It is the loosening or stretching of skin that causes stretch marks. To tone your body, exercise regularly.
