just have a pic that show u want to look like that and evrytime u look at those pics eat something healthy.

Don`t diet.
Just eat normally.
Breakfast: Have Cereal.
Lunch: A sandwich or pasta.
Dinner: Meat , Salad.
Best Tip: Eat Normally, Just do NOT eat after 5:30. I did it for a week, I starved the first two days, got used to it. & Lost 5 1/2 pounds. Trrryy it.

Count calories. Find a basal metabolic rate calculator online and determine the amount of calories you need for your height and desired weight, then eat a couple of hundred calores less then that each day. There are 3,500 calories in one pound. You can look up calories of foods online too. Vegetables are low in calories and good for you. Make sure to drink water and take a vitamin too.

well go healthy. I totally know where your comming from same at my place. Talk to whoever is in charge of buying food and inform them about your diet. For me my parents helped me very little so I went with my mom to the store and picked out some healthy food (fruits and veggies) and stuck to 1500-2000 calories a day and when I get hunger urges I eat carrots (healthy and good for your eyes *I’m blind*) Going outside is good even if you don’t have anybody to hang out with. Extercise helps. Also chew gum, sence you have something in your mouth you don’t have the urg to eat. NO SODA! Water = Good

1)A good way to loose weight is to use a calorie counter watch
Keep to a 1,200 food intake
Add 1,200 plus 3,500 (equals one pound of fat) …and that is the total amount of calories you need to burn each day. Its actually really easy once you start watching the numbers and it doesn’t seem like work or exercise. Its just a matter of changing the way you think about loosing weight.
I use this method when i gain some pounds. The first time I did this I went from 168 to 127

Every system in your body depends on water. For example, water flushes toxins out of vital organs, carries nutrients to your cells and provides a moist environment for ear, nose and throat tissues.
Lack of water can lead to dehydration, a condition that occurs when you don’t have enough water in your body to carry out normal functions. To determine if you are getting enough water use this simple formula.. Take your weight, for example 150 pounds and divide by 2. Take your answer which is 75 lbs and change it to ounces, in this case 75 ounces. That is how many ounces of water you need a day. Your body performs mostly on water. If you make sure you get enough water everyday your body will perform at top notch and your body will no longer have the cravings of junk food. You will have a better performing body system to help you work out and feel better thru out your day.

Ok, so you need some tips…letts see..hmmm….uhh, Eat spicy food, it boosts your metabolism. Drink only diet soda(if you drink soda), and actually, drink only diet drinks or diet versions of drinks…umm, theres always green tea, but that doesnt really work…and then theres..ummm, lol, Well, Ill just give you a general answer….Listen to your stomach when you eat somethin, Not your cravings…If your stomach feels moderately full in the sort that you can discontinue eating and not be actually hungry…then stop eating until your stomach and not your cravings tell you that it needs food again and you actually feel hungry in your stomach….I know my answer is really retarded..but Alot of the time people eat and eat and eat thinking there hungry when really its there cravings telling them to eat…so listen to your stomach, hope this helps =]

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you’re full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.
