Any good dieting tips for after baby?

I just had my daughter 3 weeks ago and am getting married in 6 months! I have to lose my baby weight before the wedding! Any good dieting tips? Especially for after having a baby! THANKS!

    breastfeed till a few weeks before you get married, that will use your extra fat stores your body created for it…

    Also, only drink water, no fast food, no soda, just eat fresh vegies and fruit and lean meats, chicken fish turkey

    always eat breakfast within 45mins of waking up and have a glass of water.

    try to get 30mins of exerise per day, take bubs out walking in the buggie.

    I do have a program I’m working on currently. It’s all raw or steamed veggies with light butter. Salads. No sugar. Drink lots of water and green tea. Have lean proteins. eggs, chicken, and fish. Try bread with 40 cals per slice and limit 2 per day. This is working incredibly. And last week I dropped 5 pesky holiday pounds. I even feel better waking up in the morning. Other than that, exercise.

    Cram lots of fresh fruits and vegetables into your diet. Cut down on the dairy and other fattening foods.
