you can lose weight by cutting out starches and alot of sugar out of you daily eating habits. dont eat alot of pastas like ramen, spaghetti or whatever else. eat More fruits and veggies and exercise. dont hurt yourself do as much as you possibly can. one more idea keep a food journal of everything you eat. try not to have more then 1200 cal. a day.

Hi Kay. In physics, weight is defined as mass times acceleration (mass times gravity), therefore weight = force = ma
So, to lose weight, without changing your mass by dieting, you need to change the acceleration of gravity. You can do this in a very obvious way by going to the moon! Gravity is much smaller on the moon, therefore, your weight will be much less, even though your mass is unchanged.
On planet earth, you would experience a slightly lower acceleration from gravity on the top of Mt. Everest (you would be slightly farther from the center of the earth), so you would have less ‘weight’.

If you want to lose weight without dieting, you’re going to have to exercise, which a lot of people **** even more than dieting.
But there are two types of exercise. The first is aerobic exercise. This is good for actively burning calories. That is to say, if you go jogging, you’ll burn calories while you’re jogging, but as soon as you stop, you stop burning calories.
The second type of exercise is weight training. This is far more effective. What you’re doing here is breaking down your muscles through strenuous exercises. As your muscles rebuild themselves in the days following a workout, they will burn calories non-stop and eat away at your body’s fat deposits.
Don’t worry about turning into some kind of muscular freak like Arnold… Most average people don’t have the high testosterone levels to do that without trying. Instead you’ll just end up getting a lean and toned body, which is quite attractive.
