What is the average weight loss per week or month while dieting?

I know it depends on metabolism, exercising, ect. but I am curious as to what is the average. I am following a healthy eating diet and have lost 19 pounds in six weeks. Is this about average?

If you’re doing it right and well, healthy weight-loss is one to two pounds per week. So, you’re a little over average, but it’s nothing to worry about.

When you start dumping weight, that’s when you may have some concerns. Keep up the good work!

Wow well done! Normally the average, sensible weight loss is 1-2lbs a week. Keep it up! What is your motivation?
