Horse Up asked:

I just think there is a lot of healthy foods I cant have because they are not on my blood type group. Do people really only eat what foods are in their blood types? If so, did yall lose weight faster? Thanks yall.

Blood type food groups? That’s the dumbest thing I’ve witnessed in 4 and a half months. Common sense - some people have none.

I think someone sold you a bill of goods. Your blood type has no effect on what foods you should or shouldn’t eat.

Hey listen, me and my mother have tried every diet that has came our way and none has worked as well as the blood-type diet. This foods that are right for your blood type give your body what it can handle and if you eat what doesn’t agree with your blood then it can cause you to gain weight because it can’t get rid of it. There is a book that’s all about the foods you can and cannot eat if you haven’t already bought it. I have personally experienced it and I feel a lot better in general. I have more energy and I am losing weight, it’s not a quick fix by a long shot, but over time it will help save your body and it’ll thank you in the end. Good luck.

Dr. Jole Furhman , has a book out called Eat to Live he is a cardiovascular doctor. I used Dr Furhmans book when I was in school. He said, D’Adamo did not supply the scientific references to back up his claims.

    Absolute BS.
It’s easy to be fit - eat right, exercise, sleep. Don’t get caught up in stupid blood types things of whatever. Eating right, exercise, and sleep have worked for every single human being who has committed to doing it.
