How do I make dieting and eating healthier fun?

I like the 3 Hour Diet by Jorge Cruise. Eating at certain times of the day makes it sort of like a game. I’ve found this is the best diet that has worked for me.

Well what you need to do is exercise every 30 mins everday and eat vegetables and fruits and jog around the park a few times

If someone you know is also trying to lose weight, it can be cool if you try to support each other.
Also, a gym might mean opportunities to make new friends.
And walking the dog is a cool way to make exercise without even noticing .
Another idea, if you’re into photography: take your camera everyday when you go work out, and take at least 5 cool pictures to different things. If you don’t find anything cool in the surrounding areas, walk a little farther

Of course you need to exercise, thats a given. But one of the first things you can do is totally cut sodas out of your diet, its crazy how many extra calories you can gain from drinking soda. The second thing would be to experiment and find healthy foods you really enjoy. I really like carrots with low-fat peanut butter. Just experiment and you’ll figure out something.
