Because you consume less calories and all the juice will totally ***** you up so you’ll lose a few calories in diarrhea.
You can lose weight with out exercising by eating less. Right now (if you’re not putting on weight) you are eating as much as you need. To lose weight, you should cut out snack foods, or fizzy drinks or eat smaller portions. By doing this you will start losing weight. You don’t need to go on some stupid diet.

dieting is not a must when trynig to lose weight.. dont harm your body in anyway.
i still do eat fast food.. im on my lose weight plan again
i jog 30 mins everyday.. i still lose weight..
I used ot only be able to run 15 max… but day by day i pushed it up a minute or 2…
do that for 2 months… simple… ur friends will see the difference.. but dont stop

Starving yourself is not a healthy way. Be sure that if you try to lose weight with just starving yourself you may lose some pounds but take them back immediately after you give up diet. If you want to lose weight in a permanent way you should do both diet and exercise. Eat healthy foods, dont starve yourself , eat 5 6 smaller meals in a day. For example slices of tomatoes, a piece of cheese, 4 5 olives,2 egg whites for breakfast - snack with nuts or fruits- salad for lunch - snack again - grilled chicken or fish with boiled vegetables for dinner. This is a simple and effective diet menu.
Why dont u want to exercise. You can do it by yourself easily at home and so you will work all your body and metabolism and lose weight faster. You can walk or run 2 day in a week to support your weight loss program.

Yes but I don’t recommend diets like the juice diet, grapefruit diet, pickle diet, etc..
That is setting you up to binge eat. I promise you won’t last on it. Just eat healthy. If you aren’t exercising, eat about 1,200 to 1,300 calories, 30 grams of fat (as little saturated fat as possible), 160 grams of carbs, and lots of protein. As long as you eat healthy and don’t eat too much you don’t need those stupid diets.

Going on a juice diet or any other fad diet is basically bad for your health and you will only put back on the weight once it’s over.
It’s far more healthy to take some exercise but as many people (maybe you?) **** exercise it’s important to find an activity that is FUN to do. If it’s fun you are more likely to stick at it and the pounds will fall off almost without you noticing it!
Try bouncing on a mini trampoline (remember jumping up and down on mum’s bed when you were small - it’s very similar!) - it’s great for fitness and helps remove toxins from the body which in turn helps weight loss. Or how about a fitness ball? - they’re cheap and great for firming abs, doing push ups or just use it as a chair ro keep your back straight.
