    Any form of cardio. For now, try brisk walks and work up to running.

    running in sand…hills..stairs.
    bodyweight squats.

    there are tons of things you could do until then :)

    I have recently just had a great experience with a new product from Nutrilite called Slimmetry. I started taking it and in a week and a half already lost 11 pounds and I really didn’t do anything. It say’s you should excersise and watch calories but I didn’t and I lost weight. I did lose some of that weight in my thighs which is why I mention it. I am very happy with the product and am continuing to lose weight with it.
