Hi, I’m currently doing a project on anorexia. Since the obvious method for treating a patient is weight gain, I want to know what kind of diet an anorexic patient should have in order to gain weight? Thanks. Sourced would be much appreciated.

Damn it..i was gonna say anything but finger foods..but that would apply to bulimics..however you spell it..eat healthy..that way you don’t feel guilty about eating the food..and won’t fear gaining weight

Then need to eat 5 times a day.
    1. Breakfast
    2. Lunch
    3. Snack
    4. Dinner
    5. Snack

In the main meal, they are to drink two small boxes of milk. In the snack before dinner, they are to eat a snack
In the snack after dinner, they are to drink a milk.

They have to eat a certain calories a day. Very thin patients have to start at 1,600 calories. One week later they have to start eating 3,000 calories. Ask any hospital how they they decide the calories amount.
