I was on a diet called the acupuncture diet.
They would put these little gold balls around ur ear and put a skin color tape on top. They arnt that noticable. But back to the diet, i lost 12 pounds in 2 weeks. You should find out if there is any clinic that offers that around your area. It really works. you go once a week and usually the first time is 20 and after its 15.

High fibre, no simple carbs (white bread, pasta, pastry, pretzels, chips, fries, muffins, candy, that sort of thing), lots of tofu, fish, shrimp, scallops, white turkey ****** (or fake meats for vegetarians), lots of green, leafy veg and tons of soup. I lost around 70 lbs in total by eating as much lean protein, vegetables, low cal fruit, all-bran, and skim milk as I wanted, whenever I got hungry.
If I wanted something sweet, I’d have sugarfree jello or sugarfree jello pudding with a little Cool Whip free, or a cup of fat free hot cocoa with instant espresso.
Of course, working out hard for 20+ minutes per day is also critical!

I just lost 25 pounds in two months….. I walked everyday like 7 or 8 minles and wore sweat pants and a sweat shirt. I watched what I ate. when I went out to eat got a salad. and drank water more then I drank pop….. that is the best way to lose weight. best of luck

Well I think it’s totally about self-control:
Breakfast: integral toast and a 70-calorie yogurt
Lunch: Fruit (any kind, except banana) and a fish (not fried)
Snack if you get hungry: gum or 90-calorie diet bar
Dinner: Light soup (not a creamy soup, it has too much fat)
Or maybe a cup of special K or cheerios
Some other tips:
DON’T EVER DINNER AFTER 7PM, IT HAS BEEN PROVEN IN INVESTIGATIONS AND THAT HELPS A LOT, TRY TO DINNER BEFORE 7, I SWEAR IT’S AMAZING
I recommend you coffee in the morning, it gives you a lot of energy! (without sugar, or maybe splenda)
Another thing is to drink green tea once a day, it burns fat and it’s good for your health
And of course, do at least 50 abs per day
