What are some everyday diets that actually work?

I have tried every diet known to man but nothing worked as well as acai berry. I understand they say that pills don’t work, but they sure worked for me, and they’ve been shown on the Rachael Ray Show too. There is a free trial going on currently at , try it, why not?

For me, I just try to see what my healthiest alternatives are. I know I can’t always accommodate to my diet, but when i am at a restaurant or somewhere with friends, i just try to do little things that won’t ruin my diet, like choosing fruit instead of fries, or eating salad, etc. When I am at work, I try to do the same. Below there is a site that has a section on healthy eating and lifestyle diets.
