What are good diets that go along with working out once a day?

I try to do crunches for atleast 20 minutes a day which is about 500. What should I do to my meals, what exactly should I eat daily to help me lose my stomach fat? What diet should I abide by to fit with my daily workout?

To see fast results, the carb diet is great. You have to do it right though. A lot of people find out they can have bacon and cheese, and that is all they eat. You have to add the veggies and eat smart. Just basiclly watch the carb intake, less is better. If you just drink alot of water you will lose too. Good luck!
