How to get Diet pills without prescription while in Guatemala?

I have been traveling around Central America and I’ve put on a lot of weight. How can I get a real diet pill, like phentermine or something while I am here?? Please don’t lecture me about the health risks, I am aware of them.

    just ask some locals for a doc they recommend and get a prescription, I do not think it could be too hard in Guatemala.
    or you can try online, but you cannot get phentermine online anymore without a prescription from the doc. just scammers are left, who gladly take an advatage of the situation and confusion. Acomplia is a good alternative.

    Just try to ask some local people. And try to get some acomplia, it works great.
    phentermine also showed good results, but i started to get addicted and it had way too nasty side effects.
    happy not to have any sides with acomplia so far.
    I am losing a pound or few every week.
    It is very popular in UK, Germany and many other countries worldwide. Not so much in the US yet.

    Acomplia is the best diet pill right now, presription strength.
    The site states they ship worldwide and they carry that diet pill and others. I have used 4rx for years and have always been pleased.
