How long after you start a diet do you start to see results?

I started a diet a week ago. I’ve been eating mostly salad, yogurt and granola. Once I start to see results, I think it will be easier for me to keep up with it but right now it’s hard to keep dieting without seeing why I’m doing it. How much longer with the same eating habits before I start to see the difference?

If you are dieting you should try to take slimmetry along with it. I started taking it and lost 11 pounds in just a week and a half.
