    DON’T DO THE TRIAL!
No credible evidence suggests antioxidants promote weight loss. According to the Washington, D.C. based Center for Science in the Public Interest (CSPI) thousands of consumers have had trouble stopping recurrent charges on their credit cards when they cancel their free trials.
Exercise is the only other way.
This site has lots of workouts aimed at the stomach.
Please don’t trust that person, it may be a person paid to sell it to people. Just healthy eating ( just eat less junk) and healthy living (exercise)

Use more calories than what you consume. Some sort of cardio like walking for an hour, jogging or running for 45 minutes or more. Make sure whatever cardio you choose you do so for longer than 30 minutes so you can tap into your stored fat. The weight will come off evenly throughout your whole body. If you only have a little in your belly then this won’t take long at all. Strengthening your core will also help show off those abs when the fat is gone! ;)
Find a BODY PUMP class in your area. Take the class 2-3 times a week and in 6-8 weeks you WILL see a difference. Good luck.
