I am 19, 5′1, and I weigh 205lbs. I am planning on going to the military this coming summer. I have to be down to at least 145lbs my goal weight is 135 - 140. I wanted to know any good ideas for dieting and exercising that can help me lose weight. Any ideas would really help.

Zumba…Its really fun… its a whole bunch of dancing routines they are very easy…It looks like it wont work but the next day u get super sore…. It makes you sweat like crazy!!! I lost like 4 pants sizes in a month and 1/2…
