What works best is to just eat healthy in general! Throw out all of the crap food you have, anything thats processed and start stockinthat’son vegetables (steamed, not canned! to much sodium!!) fruit (berries are the best), brown rice instead of white rice, wheat (not enriched)..things like that! I have tried this and lost quite a bit of weight in a week with regular excersize (elliptical 4 times a week)

i don’t think diets really work, you starve yourself for a while, get hungry and eat more than you usually do…which will get the opposite effect.

i suggest exercise and self control unless you are really that determined and can starve yourself, but that’s not healthy…

how ’bout diet tabs since you’re in a hurry

yeh the no processed food diet.

that’s where you only eat fresh whole foods…

simple.. that’s how i eat.. never had weight issues… among other things.

just do not eat anything that’s been processed… that will include dairy.

Junk food leaves us hungry for more that’s what makes us fat. Go on a gluten free diet…You will lose weight not gain if you’re careful to eat correctly.

This is the fastest but not the easiest. DO NOT take diet pills. They can do some serious harm to your heart. Plus they’re a waste of money.
    Here’s what you do:

Cut out all breads, pasta, cookies, cereals, crackers, chocolate, sweets, icecream, cakes, pizza, all fast food etc…basically anything made from flour away from sugar. They are all called simple carbs. This is what makes us fat. Those foods leave us hungry for more…Just like you wrote in your question…that you keep wanting more.
We need to have complex carbs. (fruits, veggies, salads, protein.) Have lots of fruits veggies.
If you want a snack like crackers or something…go buy gluten free rice cakes from health food store. Snack on 1 or 2 a day. The only sweet you can have is maybe a tbsp of honey on a rice cracker. Just don’t have more than one.
Also you can buy gluten free flour from the health food store make your own bread.
Make sure you have ahead of time (like night before) cut up carrot sticks to munch on the following day. You can put lemon on them for more taste.
Avoid cold cut meats. No ham, sausages, mortadella, salami, pepperoni, etc…If you can, stay away from dairy products…believe it or not:dairy makes us fat…like a cow.
By doing this…you will lose lots of weight.
I’ll give you an example of what to eat okay.?

breakfast: 1 banana 1 kiwi or orange
cup of coffee or tea (no milk or sugar)
    drink 2-3 glasses of water

lunch: grilled chicken or turkey breast(portion should be the size of your palm) w/ some lemon squeezed on it…mmm I like lemon
romaine lettuce salad, tomato, grn onions, grated carrot, radish whatever other green you like in there. Dressing should be balsamic vinegar or wine vinegar w/ olive oil.
stay away from ketchup, mayo bbq. sauce

or you can have stir fried veggies w/ rice…also very good. You can eat rice but not pasta.

snack:14 walnut halves or 20 almonds
    a fruit
    lots of water
    some tea

dinner: hamburger or fish w/ brocolli or spinach
you can have 1 or 2 rice crackers (or save them before bedtime)
    lots of water
    cup of chamomile

before bed: pray to the Lord to help you lose weight. To give you self control. Keep asking until you receive. The Lord hears you loves you.

The secret to success is to be organized committed.
You should have your salad, greens veggies washed cut up the night before so it’s ready to eat for lunch the next day.
Make sure you have bought all your ingredients/food the day before.

Take a multi-vitamin calcium every day.

It’s not impossible to do…just believe you can do it.

Don’t forget to exercise, drink lots lots of water you will see results.

    A nice site is
they have a calorie counter, fitness tracker, exercise videos. To find gluten free recipes…do a google search on gluten free diets and you will find plenty of recipes.

Weight Watchers……. It can be expensive if you join but if you have self motivation you can do it from home. Go on eBay and purchase the books yourself and follow it to a T. I did it and I started seeing results right away. Good Luck!

I too think that steamed vegetables are the best thing it provides lots of healthy nutrition and well i know you may of heard this but i was on the 2 fruit 5 veg diet for 4 and a half years i went from 120kg right down to 74 kg and now im as skinny as ever, here is a picture of me: hope this helped trust me the diet works. plus just to prove my diet works here is a well known fact: scientists discovered this in 2001 and now women ages 24-46 use this diet every year to keep healthy. I’m not sure if it’s true but i saw this show called behind the news and apparently this lady started the 2 fruit 5 veg diet at the age of 27 and is still alive today at the age of 106. Enjoy your new healthy diet!

Basically dont eat more calories in a day than your body can burn off… its as simple as that.
But dont starve yourself either because the body realises that its only getting fed every so often and not on time so it will store most of what it gets as fat… and so will defeat the purpose of what your trying to achieve.
You should try eating foods high in protien, such as meat as it makes you feel fuller for longer and has less calories than say the potato, pasta or rice which you will be starving after an hour after eating them anyway….
So start by eating a higher intake of foods with protein, cut out the potato and bread (thats if you eat it that is ) of your diet for awhile, eat smaller amounts of rice and pastas and bigger meat intake, or a food with high protein in it….. this will make you feel like you have eaten well (and you have ), but more importantly you will not eat more calories than your body can burn off :) So your calorie intake should be about 1,500 to 2,000 calories a day… this is what your body needs to stay the weight it is, but if you eat more than this each day then the body will store it as fat…… which over time will accumalate to you being over weight. Aso if you eat less calories than stated in a day over a period of time then you lose weight…. its as simple as that.. but what speeds it up is exercise, because the more exercise you do the more the bodies muscles need to work, so they need to be fed and so the consume or burn more calories :))….. so eat a high protein diet which will keep you full no matter what you do, and exercise, its not magic, just understanding something goes a long way.. i hope this helps :)
