You can try Weight Watchers. You can find a local meeting in your area or do it all online with their website. I’ve been doing it with great results.

Well how old are you and how much do you want to lose and how short of time? Dropping too much weight ina short time is very bad for you health wise, bad for your heart. You can calorie count, definitely exercise program like 30 minutes of fast walking, biking, jogging, eating alot of protein since that is what you body needs when you work out plus it will fill you up, cutting out bad carbs and trans fat. Be careful with some Weight Watchers foods because they are LOADED with Sodium (salt) and that is not good for you either! What they say is, you should be able to eat proportionate sized plate of food, cutting back. So for example if you were to eat a sub sandwich, eat only 1/2. If you are having steak, eat 1/2 with 1/2 c of brown rice. I definitely would recommend Denise Austin’s meal plan and workout plan!!! I lost 13 lbs in 3 wks, dropped 2 inches in my waist, hips and once you are used to eating really healthy, she has tips on how to eyeball food, tips on when you eat out, what fast food places to avoid…..it’s very very informative. Plus Denise Austin is 52 years old and looks great!!!!

first of all, the guy that anwsered your question first, there is no such thing as negative calorie foods, thats like impossible.
they best way to lose weight is driinking water 8 glasses a day, thats why my mother is like way skinny =/
when drinking 8 glasses of water each day, you speed up your metabolism, and the water takes out all the toxins that are iin the body wwhich make the metabolism slow.
also excersising atleast 2 hours each day. this could even be dancing to music on your ipod or walking to school.

walking, is very good, stair stepper, tread mill
I run each morning 2 miles, and then come in the house and hit the stair stepper and then the treadmill for 30 mins to cool down.
just cut back, no fast food joints, unless a salad is on the menu veggies, bake or boil your meats no fried foods
drink lots of water to keep the system going well..
and if you like yogurt, I have a yogurt and 1 apple and a small salad for lunch…..or I go to olive garden and have baked chicken with their salad.
and cut back on your portions at each meal.
do not drink any energy diet drinks, they hype you up and will make your heart race, they are no good for you, except can make you a nervous wreck.

ye its not about just what you eat its also to do with your portions. My husband is a bodybuilder the more crabs you eat the more you will put on, so if you like things like mash and chips then you need to have smaller portions like i said. look at your carb intake and cut them down to half. you can eat what ever you like, but you need to make sure you have breakfast as it is true about it being the most important meal. if you need to know anything at all please dont waist any time getting back in touch. i have real bad probs with waight too and have been going thruogh this for over 15 years i know a lot now. xxxxxxxx
