Diets?

    LOTS of water. lots of easily broken down foods such as fruits (taste better than veggies). eat small amounts of chicken and salads without the fatty dressings. try to exercise and most importantly, take your vitamins because you might be missing out on something since you’re not eating as much. a big part of a diet is to seperate your meals. it is important to eat 3 small meals a day instead of one big meal.

    i don’t mean to burst your bubble but fad diets wont work. you’ll just gain it all back sooner or later. you should try eating healthier and exercising more. if you try this, you will go through a period where you gain weight, but don’t be discouraged. this is natural and you will be healthy. if you do a diet, when its over, you’ll just go back to the way you were, eating. do something that will last your whole life through♥

    *EDIT you should totally listen to Josh in addition to what i say. eat grapefruit. thats the diet fruit. ok, this is what my mother does; before you eat anything in the morning, drink at least one cup of warm after before you eat and right before you go to bed. this way, your stomach has time to clean out all the extra fatty stuff and it wont pile up. i fail to do this but it is a very good idea.

    I lost about 70 lbs in 6 months
    Stay away from fat! Don’t use butter or marg. Buy fat free
    milk, cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream…etc.
    Buy things like fat/sugar free pudding…etc etc.
    Don’t eat the skin on chicken, cut down on red meat, buy
    96% fat free ground beef for burgers or meatloaf. Trim the fat
    off pork chops. Eat fish, Buy tuna in Water and use light mayo. You can buy delicious fat free hot dogs. Eat cereal
    that has low fat and sugar. etc. etc. Get creative
    Stay away from cheese, but most of all, don’t eat PIZZA!
    Believe me…it will work.
