Can eating diets rich in calcium actually help you lose weight?

I know you really won’t lose any weight unless you eat a healthy diet too.

    Rubbish,, eating less energy than we need to survive and loads of exercisers is the right answer

    I know that when I started taking calcium and magnesium chelate that I started losing cellulite and i also sleep better.

    I have since read that it rids your body of fats and they do not come back to the areas you lost them from.

    yes its very much true…but you must stil exercie a lot and smartly portion control your meals or else how on earth will you get fast results?
